This delicious barbecue-inspired meal takes next-to-no-time, but will impress dinner guests every time.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp fresh tarragon
Half a raw garlic clove
1 pinch herb salt
1 portion plain raw noodles
1 tsp olive oil
2 slices Parma ham
80g fresh raw prawns
1 spring onion
1 fresh raw tomato
Instructions:
Put 80g of large, peeled prawns, that have been washed and dried into a bowl with half a chopped garlic clove, 1 tsp of chopped fresh tarragon, ½ tbsp of chopped fresh dill, 1 tsp of olive oil and season with a little herb salt. Mix well to coat.
Cut a slice of Parma ham (or lean ham) lengthways and wrap each prawn, using a quarter of a slice. Thread the prawns onto a wooden skewer which has been previously soaked in water.
Cook under a medium grill for five to six minutes, turning once.
Cook 70g of noodles according to pack instructions. Mix with the green tops of three spring onions and a de-seeded chopped tomato cut into small pieces.
